Shipping Policy

At bluswanindus, we are committed to delivering high-quality, eco-friendly, and biodegradable products that meet the highest standards of sustainability and performance. Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict No Return and No Refund Policy in place.

1. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, the sale is considered final. We do not accept any cancellations.

2. Custom and Bulk Orders

Many of our products are made-to-order, customized, or manufactured in bulk for export. As such, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has commenced or the goods have been shipped.

3. Quality Assurance

We maintain strict quality control procedures throughout the production and packaging process. All items are inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect order:

• Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

• Provide detailed photographs and a description of the issue.

• We will investigate the matter and may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or partial credit.

Note: We are not responsible for damages caused during international transit due to third-party logistics providers unless insurance is included and claims are filed appropriately.

5. Return Policy

Once goods are shipped/ delivered we have a strict No Return and No Refund Policy in place.

6. Export & International Shipping

For export and international orders:

• All duties, taxes, and customs clearance procedures are the responsibility of the buyer.

• We do not accept returns or issue refunds due to customs delays, charges, or rejections.
